  • BUYER BEWARE. This item is neither a DIY nor a true wireless. This is falsified advertising.

All wired alarm systems I have used in the past have full battery back up. This is very important because if the thief shuts off you electricity you still have a fully functional alarm for 2 to 6 hours. In this case the system has a battery back up BUT only for the operation panel. The exterior horn which actually does the alerting of neighborhood in-case-of is a wired unit. That poses two problems. One you need to install an exterior power outlet or use an extension cord (as suggested by seller) and announce to the bugler you have a dummy disable-able system.

Secondly during the break-in your horn is dead. Period. So if you bought this system you are under a false pretend of protection.

This system does not have exterior horn with a battery back up which is essential as a part of wireless system.

The instruction that come with the unit are mostly text. So if you are a DIY you will be running in circles. Also, instructions on individual item boxes are hand written.

The battery in all the units are recommended to be replaced every 8 to 10 months. The seller recommends that they change theirs every 6 months? Also the window units are cumbersome to open and attach only with two face tape. I don’t know about you but all my items that I have used two face tapes on have hardly lasted 6 months. Then consider jiggling the unit struggling to open them to replace the battery every 6 months in 25 units.

In other words stick your car remote control with a two face tape and then try to open it to replace the battery.

This is falsely advertised as DIY wireless system. As you see it is not and frankly a useless system.

Its like ordering a Laptop computer and you receive one that has no battery. Period.

BUYER BEWARE. This item is neither a DIY nor a true wireless. This is falsified advertising.

  • Pleased with purchase, good deal for the money, A good DIY product. read all instructions before installation and was informed by company that the sensors have a low battery light to indicate when the small 12v. battery needs to be replaced.

  • I was unsure if I could put this system in our house. It came with good directions on how to program the alarm system, but nothing to tell me what each component did and how and where to put the sensors. But not to worry, with the toll free number, the dealer was most helpful in educating me as how to do everything and make it work. The alarm works great, sometimes we forget to turn it off with the remote and it goes off when the door is opened. “Extremely LOUD”. I like the way it lets you hook it up to the phone and it calls you when in alarm condition. No phone call all day, then everything is ok and secure. The sensors and motion detector even work in the storage building I have over 100 feet from the house. By numbering the sensors you know where the alarm is, as it appears on the alarm system panel. This is a good value alarm for the low price. I would recommend it to anyone.

  • I purchased this product and it is above and beyond it’s price! Unbelievable how inexpensive this product is and yet amazingly good! So many features and so easy to install and work with that it makes monitoring my house wonderful. I have looked around for other wireless alarm systems but none is comparable to this one. This one gives 25 door/window elements which is gr8 since I have many doors and windows. Other ones were so expensive. The only thing I would like to see is the small high pitched alarm wireless instead of wired to the control pad, but it does come with a less decibel alarm wireless.

Thank you for a GREAT product. Just don’t increase the price any more because I bought this one for 250 2 months ago and raved about it to my friends but they said that the price went up.

  • Good easy to install product. Instructions could use some more detail other than that good value for the price.
