Probably the military. It is the second largest (by size) and the largest by budget. All that money we’ve been throwing at it should pay off.
1.What will probably happen is Blackwater will assume a different name and become a subsidiary of another contractor such as Haliburton. So they will still provide security details for U.S diplomats and contractors but just under a different name(s).
2. Another company such as Aegis, Triple Canopy, or Dynacorps (all of which operate in the Middle East) will takeover their role.
3. The U.S. will deploy more troops to fill the security gap.
